Big Red is a sweet bell pepper that originated in the USA.
The 4 x 6 inch fruits can be either 3 or 4 lobed and they turn from green to bright red.
Plants grow 32 inches tall. They are best staked, due to the weight of the heavy fruits.
Big Red is a good stuffer and great on the grill.
Resistant to Tobacco Mosaic Virus.
This is a direct sister to Sunbright a yellow variety which we also carry.
